THE RECEIPT THAT KEPT WALKING.
PonsPaid began as a tiny confirmation mark inside an overloaded payment terminal. Every time a transaction cleared, the same pale-green glyph appeared for less than a second — then vanished.
One night the terminal processed one payment too many. The glyph did not disappear. It climbed out of the display, polished itself into liquid chrome and started stamping PAID on anything that looked unfinished.
Now Pons roams the settlement rail collecting abandoned receipts, broken carts and half-complete ideas. Its only rule is simple: if the community finishes it together, Pons marks it paid.
